The Fiscal Plan

The Philadelphia fiscal plan increases police spending by $14 million this year and PROMISES no police layoffs thru FY 2025. FURTHER, they are proposing a yearly increase bringing the FY 2025 budget to be $40 million larger than FY 2019. You can read the full plan here.
